Mental Health Group Session

TWST4Girlsis a Houston based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves girls ages 11-17, who reside in underserved communities, juvenile correctional facilities, schools, and community centers. We deliver life skills development programs, match our girls with dedicated mentors, provide monthly exposure to career options, as well as, intellectual and cultural experiences all at no cost to the youth that we serve! Youth graduate TWST’s Programs as well-rounded young women who are purposeful, self-sufficient and equipped with the tools needed to excel in life.

Join us to experience monthly group counseling sessions to support the topics designed by you!

Hillendahl Neighborhood Library

In partnership with Burns Counseling Group, participants will gain the unique opportunity to gain free monthly mental health support. Sessions will cover topics such as conquering depression or anxiety, building stronger family relationships, overcoming abuse, coping with loss, etc. This partnership will provide families with monthly group counseling sessions to support the topics designed by you!Families are welcome.
