The Life Design Workbook eBook is included. You’ll use it weekly to practice exercises, reflect on insights, and test real-world experiments.

Weekly Format
Week 1 – Mindset: Cultivate Openness to Change
“Change starts with how you think about change.”
- Explore fixed vs. growth mindsets
- Identify inner narratives and limiting beliefs
- Practice reframing challenges as opportunities

Week 2 – Understand: Deepen Self-Awareness
“You can’t change what you can’t see.”
- Map your energy, time, and emotional patterns
- Identify triggers, strengths, and unmet needs
- Use the “Observe → Reflect → Shift” method
- Life Design Prompt: Where am I energized, and where am I drained?
Week 3 – Define: Clarify What Matters
“Name it to design it.”
- Articulate the life areas you want to focus on
- Identify values and guiding principles
- Set intentions and initial goals

Week 4 – Create: Prototype Possibilities
“Don’t plan. Test.”
- Explore multiple futures using Odyssey Plans
- Brainstorm and choose 1–2 Life Design experiments
- Learn how to take action with low risk, high insight

Week 5 – Measure: Reflect on What Works
“Feedback is fuel.”
- Track the results of your experiments
- Evaluate outcomes with curiosity, not judgment
