Attire: Please wear something comfortable that you can move in (able to bend forward and backward without excessive ride up of clothing) and will be comfortable potentially sweating in. Ballet shoes and jazz shoes can be purchased on Amazon, we will be barefoot for modern.

Do we have breaks in between class?

There will be short breaks in between classes so please be sure to bring a refreshing drink and a small snack.

Are these classes virtual or in person?

These are all in person classes

Do I need experience?

No experience is required for our beginner classes or open classes. Open classes move at the pace of the students/learners in the room. Experience is highly recommended for our Intermediate classes.

What and who is Second Chance Dance?

Second Chance Dance is Philadelphia's First Adult only Dance School. We strive to cultivate a safe space for adult learners to approach classical dance genres without the requirement or desire to choose dance as a career. Dance is personal, its growth, its challenges, its freedom.
