Lindy is a Sacred Intimate and sexual healer.  She has been offering sessions in the art of conscious intimacy for individuals, couples and groups for over two decades.  In 2004, she received her certification as a Tantric Educator through Source Tantra.  She regularly leads pujas, Tantra trainings and retreat events.  Lindy’s work is influenced by other Tantra teachers such as Daniel Odier, David Deida, and Margot Anand.  She is a graduate of the 2-year training at the Hakomi Institute of San Francisco. She makes her home near Santa Cruz, CA, where she sees clients in her beautiful home office.  Lindy loves to connect on a personal level with her clients and students. <h3>6-Month Tantra Program: </h3><h3>Going Deeper into the Tantric Path   </h3><p><em>*At this time, the Tantra Program is available for vaccinated individuals only.</em></p><h3>What to Expect from the Course</h3><p>This program will deepen your sacred sexuality / Tantra skills. If your goals include becoming a teacher, you can assist me in other classes I offer and I will share how I teach, design and prepare a class. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, each class is designed to develop your Tantric experience. To enhance our program, I will occasionally invite guest teachers to share their skills and perspectives.</p><p>I will be drawing from my 25 years of Tantra experience to give you a well rounded training in how these practices can enhance and affect your relationships and daily life.</p><p>My goals include teaching you how to use sexual energy to open the body, the heart, and to heal wounds from the past.  I will share with you how Tantra can be a path to enlightenment and to being more embodied, which allows participants to listen to the wisdom that lies within. We’ll explore how to develop sense perceptions to connect more deeply with the Divine.</p><p>Through the tools of Tantric practice, we will learn how to move into the creative, intuitive side of the brain.  We will also discover how to avoid losing energy through negative thinking.  We will explore how slowing down each day through meditation, through stillness and being present with what is, can be a source of nourishment.</p><p>Some specific techniques taught throughout this 6-month Tantra program include Hakomi skills, tracking, contact, and clear communication. These practices show us how mindfulness offers so much insight and depth for the Tantric path.  You will leave this course with a collection of Tantric practices that enhance the connection of sexuality with yourself, with a partner, and in therapy work with clients (if desired).</p><h3>The Schedule</h3><p><strong>Dates: </strong>October 16th, November 20th, December 18th, January 22nd, February 19th, March 19th </p><p>Saturday Intensives begin at 10 AM and cover the primary teachings for that month.  We have a dinner break from 5-6:30 PM, and then reconvene in Tantra space from 6:30-9 PM with a Puja to practice what we learned that day. There is an option to stay overnight; the price is $25 per night for a trifold on the floor, or $35 per person for the limited private rooms.  (Many of us go to a dance circle on Sunday morning if you care to join.)</p><p>We will meet one Saturday per month for 6 months.  Each month will build on the previous month’s training. Your full participation is required.  If for some reason you cannot attend one month, you can join the make-up class for an additional $65.00. There will be two make-up Saturdays for missed classes (Jan 29 &amp; March 12) which run from 10am-6pm.  Please check your calendar to verify how the program dates work for you. Attending every month with your group builds a sense of continuity and community for everyone.</p><h3>Registration, Payment and Confirmation</h3><p>Space is limited; please pay in advance to save your spot.  Confirmation with instructions, location and directions will be sent out the week before the event.</p><p>Payment for 2 months (the first and last session of the program) reserves your spot (200 x 2 = $400).</p><p>Pay in full and save $150 ($25 per month).
