Will I learn dance steps?

In a 5Rhythms Sweat session, the focus is not on learning specific dance steps or choreography. The practice is about allowing your body to move freely and authentically, guided by the music and the five rhythms: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness.

What will I do during this class?

Rather than following predetermined steps, the emphasis is on exploring your unique movement expression and tapping into your inner wisdom. This practice encourages you to listen to your body and let it be your teacher.

Do I need any prior experience?

You don't need any prior dance experience to participate in a 5Rhythms Sweat session. It is a welcoming space for individuals of all levels and backgrounds. Whether you consider yourself a dancer or not, the practice invites you to move in a natural and authentic way.
