WHAT: Join the 5Q Team and 5Q Champions as we share a two-day community of practice exploring the APEST (apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd, teacher) callings named in Ephesians 4:11-12. This Summit is focused on the theme of Shared Leadership. More and more, the difficulties of solo leaders are becoming apparent. How can we create a different pathway forward? What could it look like to activate all five APEST capacities on our teams? And how can we share in leadership so that the fullness of Christ is realized?
WHO: This event is best suited for individuals and teams looking to integrate the APEST callings from Ephesians 4 into their context, whether ministry, marketplaces, non-profit, or others.

DETAILS: The 5Q Leadership Summit (Dallas) is an opportunity to join the wider community of the 5Q Collective in a Community of Practice formatted event. Framed as a Community of Practice, the Leadership Summit will provide the opportunity to learn, plan, exchange ideas, solve problems, and share practices. Training Input will be given by the 5Q Team alongside of other voices of expertise and experience.
Attendees will be able to participate in "Exchanges." Each Exchange is designed to provide shared learning around problems, experiences, and practices. A facilitator will guide the conversation in each Exchange and allow the genius of the room to be revealed. Participants will receive a collection of shared learning after the Leadership Summit takes place.
Those new to 5Q will have the opportunity to follow a workshop track where the foundations of APEST can be laid. These workshop spaces will correspond with all have the content of the Summit to provide an exceptional learning experience.
Lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday designed to facilitate networking. Participants will have the opportunity to meet and converse with others who are pursuing APEST in their ministry and life.
