Channeling vibrations from sound throughout the body is a healing meditative experience where positive intentions of wellness, love, healing, can help improve mental, physical and emotional issues via a practice that is thousands of years old with deep roots in cultures across the world.Using use tone and vibration of sound as a focusing tool for spells and rituals can also enhance your magickal practice, for instance, to activate a spell, banish negativity, or separate the temporal and spiritual worlds.
