Come out to Pretentious Beer Co. for a rocking time with Alabama&#x27;s Carver Commodore! They killed it at Sunset on Central last year, and we just had to bring them back. Starting off the night is Knoxville&#x27;s energetic High Heat so show up early.<ul><li>D﻿oors open at 7pm</li><li>M﻿usic starts at 7:30pm</li><li>T﻿his show is open to all ages. </li><li>T﻿ickets are $10 in advance / $15 day of show</li></ul>DON&#x27;T MISS OUT on Carver Commodore coming back to Knoxville!

Carver Commodore is an alternative rock band from the modest music town of Florence, Alabama. The band is composed of guitarist and vocalist Payton Pruitt, guitarist Phillip Blevins, drummer Noah Freeman, multi-instrumentalist Clayton Christopher, and bassist David Smith Jr. In contrast to the “swampy, soulful sound” that put their hometown on the map, Carver is known for fusing garage, indie, and pop influences into stadium-worthy rock anthems. Modern alt-giants like Cage the Elephant, Jack White, and The Strokes tend to inform Carver’s guitar-laden hooks, recording aesthetics, and signature sticky songcraft.Carver has toured relentlessly since its formation, playing over 250 shows (80+ in 2021 alone), and has released two full-length records: 2019’s Tell Me What You Want and 2021’s Welcome to the Modern World respectively. The band released the new EP Too Much? on May 27, 2022, with their second EP slated to drop before the summer of 2023. As we move onward and upward, Carver Commodore is looking forward to bringing its cocktail of happy-sad songs on its traveling roadshow for the remainder of the calendar year and beyond.
