His main aim of how to liberate ourselves is as true today as it was over 2,000 years ago.</p><p>In this workshop, we will discover the practicality of his wisdom and how it can impact our everyday lives. To utilize and practice his teachings there is no requirement to be Buddhist or a meditation expert. Only bring your mind, heart, and an openness to learn!</p>
