A One-of-a-Kind Venue: MSC’s Formal RoomTucked inside My Sister’s Closet is MSC’s fabulous Formal Room. Upon entering our newly renovated space, you’ll find a remarkable room featuring soft, shimmering lights, chandeliers, as well as hundreds of formal and bridal gowns on display and for sale to the public. This unique room can be rented for meetings, weddings, baby showers, and multiple other public and private events, and can accommodate parties as large as 60. Consider spending an afternoon away from the regular commitments and worries of the day by enjoying My Sister’s Closet High Tea at the Formal Room.Afternoon tea is a beautiful English tradition that originated in the 1800s. High Tea at MSC honors this beloved tradition by providing our registered guests with a one-of-a-kind Experience with a twist. Attendees are spoiled with a variety of beautifully prepared sweets and savory bites, all arranged on fancy three tiered towers. Your relaxing experience is completed as you sip perfectly brewed teas served in vintage teacups. Guests to High Tea at MSC enjoy a tempting array of teas, as well as scrumptious delights, including savory finger sandwiches, decadent pastries, and more, arranged on fancy three-tiered towers. As no proper High Tea would be complete without background music, we’ve also curated instrumental playlists which can be adjusted for private groups. Dressing up for the occasion isn’t expected, but it does make your high tea experience more fun! Casual attire is fine as well, all are welcome. High Tea is perfect for many celebrations, but can also be enjoyed with co-workers, or as a fun day out. Ladies of every age can by donning tiaras and fascinators while sipping tea from fine English bone china teacups. Grandmothers and granddaughters bridge the generations while nibbling on cranberry orange scones and and all the delights of a Formal Afternoon Tea. Gentlemen are always welcome to join in for incredible food, fellowship, and a fascinating atmosphere. High Tea includes a personalized group tour of My Sister’s Closet’s free client programming spaces and guests can enjoy discounted shopping, if so desired. During our launch, High Tea experiences in the Formal Room can be enjoyed on Mondays from 12pm – 3pm but can be scheduled for groups of 12 or more at other times and dates.
