<h2>During our time together, you will learn:</h2><p></p><ul><li>A deeper understanding of the body and the energy that flows through &amp; around it.</li></ul><ul><li>The history and philosophy of yoga, the asanas, pranayama, and how they contribute to the quality of life you lead. </li></ul><ul><li>How to focus your energies &amp; come back to your bliss, over and over again. </li></ul><p></p><h3>This is your opportunity to take your spiritual, mental, and physical growth to a whole new level.</h3><p></p><h3>This is a 6-month course, we will meet for one weekend EACH month, on the following dates:</h3><p>📆 May 12- 14th</p><p>📆 June 9 - 11th</p><p>📆 July 7 - 9th</p><p>📆 August 11 - 13th</p><p>📆 September 8 - 10th</p><p>📆 October 13 - 15th</p>
