Mamahood is thrilled to be offering an infant massage workshop with Alesha Lifka, LMT, of Mother Nurture Massage!In this one-hour, hands-on workshop, you'll learn the most effective techniques for relieving gas and constipation, soothing your baby before bedtime, and promoting overall comfort and wellbeing for your little one.Come join us for this unique experience -- a fun outing for you and your baby, and a chance to connect with fellow new mamas!Note: This event will be limited to 10 spots. Don't wait to sign up!--About Alesha Lifka, LMTI'm Alesha, I'm a mom to 4 amazing kids ages 11 to 4, and a wife to a wonderful man I met while serving in the Navy. I started my massage career in 2012 when graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy. I became certified for Pre and Postpartum Massage through Nurturing The Mother Massage soon after graduation. I bring a lot of experience and knowledge to my clients, and a lot of care and understanding to their needs.
