SELF Image - an Artmaking Body Image Exploration

Life is so very short, an eye blink. As one friend says, “The days are long, but the years are short.” We create and host shared experiences, #ExplorationEvents -  with friends or potential friends to connect you with your deeper selves via Art-making, Spirit-raising, Depth-connecting experiences. A touch of Woo-woo, laughter, guided meditations and other tools and techniques to open each of us to move us to and towards our greater becoming.Shared creative expression is not only fun, it can break down the barriers of divisiveness that separate us.

Through a series of exercises, meditations, and Art-making opportunities we will come away with additional understanding and compassion for this essential aspect of our selfhood.</p>
