How much yoga experience do I need?

Accepted Answer

While having some basic knowledge and experience may be helpful, all levels of practitioners are warmly welcome. This practice is beginner friendly.

Question 2

How long will we be in the sauna?

Accepted Answer

We'll be approaching our sauna experience while using intentional hot and cool-down rounds for optimal wellness benefits. Every individual will work with their own personal cycles based upon their bodies feedback. In other words, it's unique to the individual and entirely up to you.

Question 3

I've never cold plunged before. What should I expect?

Accepted Answer

You're encouraged to approach a cold plunge practice in whatever way feels most comfortable to you. You're welcome to dip your toes in the water, take a full plunge, or skip the plunging entirely. There will be a wide array of approaches within our group.

Question 4

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

A yoga mat(free rentals will also be available), comfortable clothing to move in, a bathing suit, towel, sandals, and water bottle.
