The Assembly

Mental Wealth healing sessions are empowering experiences that will always include but are not limited to sound therapy, mindful movement yoga, writing and speaking workshops, and mental wealth meditation. Dress comfortably Bring your mat or you can just come and we always have mats available 6:30 pm Doors open. early arrival is encouraged. Sound Therapy by Chackra phantom 7:00 pm Write and release with Marie Williams aka She So Cold 8:00 pm Yoga flow by Mindful Movement With Mayen8:45 pm Mental Wealth Meditation with Meditation With RC 9:30 pm The after healing session starts. We will serve food and adult beverages all while dancing, moving, talking, networking and community building until midnight. We created these sessions to reshape the way we approach mental health and self care. We provide safe nonjudgmental spaces to cultivate healing, love, inner peace, mental wealth, and community engagement.
