Florida Young Republicans 2023 Annual Convention

The Sarasota County Young Republicans are a group of like-minded, center-right conservatives. We're dedicated to leadership development, networking, and advocacy of center-right policy and Republican ideals. We strive to develop the next generation of business and political leaders, drive the discussion on important public policy issues, work to grow the Republican Party, and help elect GOP candidates across not only Sarasota County, but also the Greater Tampa Bay Area and across the State of Florida. We are a member club of the Young Republicans National Federation's duly-chartered state chapter, the Florida Young Republicans.

Calling all Florida Young Republicans!  Join us for a fun-filled weekend at the FLYR Annual Convention in Beautiful Sarasota!

ATTENTION all Florida YRs! The 2023 Florida Young Republicans Annual Convention will be held in beautiful Sarasota, from June 23-25, 2023! B﻿e sure to get registered and come out for a fabulous time with YRs from around the state! We&#x27;ll be kicking off the weekend on Friday, June 23rd by grabbing some drinks at our Welcome Social with Conservative Influencer Will Witt (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/thewillwitt/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">@thewillwitt</a>) and the only Young Republican representing Florida in the US House of Representatives, Congresswoman Kat Cammack! Then, on Saturday, June 24th, delegates from the 13 FLYR Member Clubs will start the day at Sarasota&#x27;s Aloft Hotel, continuing to build our organization as they elect the next leaders for the FLYR. Saturday evening is the traditional Annual Convention Gala dinner, featuring gorgeous sunset views of Sarasota Bay at Marina Jack, where we&#x27;ll get to hear from some of the Free State of Florida&#x27;s best and brightest Conservatives like Sarasota&#x27;s own Florida Man inside the Beltway Congressman Greg Steube, Comedian &amp; Conservative Influencer Bobby Sausalito (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/takenaps/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">@takesnaps</a>), Y﻿oung Republican State Representative Carolina Amesty, AND OUR FEATURED KEYNOTE SPEAKER, US SENATOR RICK SCOTT! After the dinner, don&#x27;t forget the usual after-annual after party, where you&#x27;ll join us on a bar crawl through Main Street and State Streetsin Downtown Sarasota. Sunday, we will be saying goodbye, but before you head home, be sure to join the Sarasota County YRs for some relaxing time on one of the Suncoast&#x27;s best Gulf Beaches, Lido Beach, for some relaxation on the white sugar sand and warm gulf waters before you go home!
