Common Ground at The Bay Park

Michelle has been teaching yoga since 2001 and practicing massage therapy since 2007. She incorporates Reiki and aromatherapy into her practice as well, providing a compassionate, restorative experience. She studied anatomy and physiology extensively and has special extensively, specializing in yoga therapeutics and postural alignment. She used the influence of Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine theory in her practice as well. Michelle has a special sensitivity for understanding energetic manifestations in the physical body and works with clients in partnership to meet their healing.About Namaste at The BayWeekly, on  Saturday mornings, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for a morning of stretching and breath work from 9 am – 10 am. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.
