CARES stands for Care, Action, Re-align, Education, and Support.If you are experiencing perinatal or postpartum mood and anxiety disorders during or after pregnancy, you are not alone. We are here to walk with you. Join us for support, resources, guidance, and to connect with others.A perinatal or postpartum mood and anxiety disorder (PMAD) is the term used to describe distressing feelings that occur during pregnancy (perinatal) and throughout the first year after pregnancy (postpartum).This group is free to attend, we ask and encourage you to attend regularly to get the greatest benefit of being a part of the community.
