Cardio Bounce Fitness is a fun low impact trampoline class. Class in 45 mins of a full body workout jumping/bouncing/exercising to old and new Hip-hop and R&amp;B music. Benefits of using rebounder to exercise:~﻿gentle on joints ~﻿great cardiovascular exercise~﻿works the legs abs glutes and more~﻿increase endurance~﻿help improve balance, coordination and overall motor skills4﻿0&quot; mini rebounders are provided and can hold up to 330lbs. (if you have a private rebounder you will like to use, please bring it with you) weights are optional . Socks are required, no shoes allowed in rebounder for safety reason. Registration for this event ends at 12pm the day of. There must be 3 participants in order for class to run. If class attendance is less than 3 by 12pm class will be canceled and fee will be refunded. Look for cancellation update in your email you signed up with. Please make sure to arrive on time to fill out liability wavier. Happy Bouncing!
