The greatest trail ride in Riverside County is here again! Saddle up and don’t dally around. The Fifteenth Domenigoni Ranch Charity Ride for Diabetes is coming to Winchester May 6, 2023. This is the best, old fashioned, country trail ride, western barbecue and foot stompin’ dance around, with the proceeds benefiting those living with diabetes in our community. Since 1993, the Domenigoni Family, friends, and sponsors have hosted an event designed to provide funding for research and programs for diabetes in their community in Riverside County. The event is hosted bi-annually with the assistance of dedicated sponsors and volunteers. Why participate in the ride and/or barbecue? To help the American Diabetes Association, in their community support programs and research for a cure, and Diabetes Camping and Educational Services, in their effort to support children with diabetes through their family camp programs.2﻿023 Charity Ride is in loving Memory of Dirk Meredith &amp; Jean Domenigoni

Agenda

THE TRAIL You will enjoy riding approximately 10 miles on the Domenigoni Ranch. The trail has been designed for your safety and enjoyment. Along the trail will be rest stops offering drinks, snacks and plenty of water for both riders and horses. BREAKFAST: During check-in you’ll enjoy a continental breakfast as you prepare for your ride. (Lunch is not provided, so bring something with you to eat if snacks are not enough). After the ride, you are invited to our mouth-watering, western barbecue. The BBQ will begin at approximately 5PM.

Check - In

BBQ & Dance - The BBQ will begin at approximately 5PM. Following the barbecue “The Chuck Band” will entertain you. They will play your country favorites for Line Dancing and Tush Pushing under the stars. Be sure to stick around so you can kick up your heels and enjoy a good, old-fashioned hoedown. EXTRA BARBECUE TICKETS: Family and friends, if not riding, may purchase tickets to attend the barbecue and dance. Tickets are $25 each. Add extra tickets to the total on the registration form.

Do you need help wranglin’ up a horse for the ride? Give a call to KW Riding Stables (ask for Katrina) at 760-442-9012. The rental fee of $200 is payable to Katrina Warman and is in addition to the rider registration fee.
