Kettlebell Athletics Two- Beyond the Basics. 
Course Details:
Kettlebell Athletics Two is a 12-hour hands-on certification/workshop consisting of 3 different modules, each focusing on a separate component of power development, sports performance and advanced kettlebell skills, flow and complexes. 
In Module #1 (Kettlebell Power-Metrics) you'll learn how to use the kettlebell as a non-impact plyometric training tool.

<LI>You'll learn several advanced variations of the kettlebell swing that enhance nervous system recruitment and directly impact power and force production. </LI>
<LI>You will how to combine these kettlebell exercises with other training tools and non-kettlebell movements such as deadlifts and plyometrics.</LI>
<LI>You'll learn the science behind these moves and how it applies to fitness and sports performance.</LI>

In Module #2 (The 1.5 Series) you'll learn real-world single-leg training for fitness and performance.
<UL>
<LI>80% of our lives are spent on one leg, yet very little of our training time is devoted to sensible single-leg training.</LI>
<LI>The 1.5 series is the perfect solution to powerful single-leg training.</LI>
<LI>You'll learn unique single-leg kettlebell execises from a hip-dominant and knee-dominant perspective. </LI>
<LI>You will how to combine these kettlebell exercises with other training tools and non-kettlebell movements such as deadlifts and plyometrics.</LI>

In Module #3 (The 1/2 Kneeling Series) you'll start to explore "Kettlebell Flow" from this rare but powerful position.
<UL>
<LI>You'll learn why this position is an ideal form of hip conditioning.</LI>
<LI>You'll uncover new kettlebell skills that you'll fall in love with. You have my word. I have never met anyone that does not love these movements. And I meet a lot of people. </LI>
<LI>Learn to design kettlebell complexes and flows from this position and discover new levels of grace and athleticism.</LI>
</UL>
The day ends with an extensive Q and A session. Popular topics include program design, exercise science and exercise selection.
COURSE MATERIALS: You will receive a Kettlebell Athletics Two Manual (KBA2) the day of the course. It is not required that you review this information prior to the course. Please note: nothing will be sent to you. Your manuals will be handed out the day of your course.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS (CECS): Fitness professionals can earn CECs with the completion of the Kettlebell Athletics Two Certification from the following organizations: ACE .8, NASM 1.2 AFAA 1.2
Upon completion of a Kettlebell Athletics Two Certification for Fitness Professionals, you will receive a physical copy of your Certificate of Completion, for your records and redeemed for CECs.
