This workshop organized by the ETAPAS project wants to bring together policy makers from European public administrations to share how ETAPAS framework is used in MEF use case, what is already accomplished and what still need to be done.The main topics of discussion will be:•	ETAPAS framework exemplified with one use case, what is already accomplished and what still needs to be done.•	Experience and needs of DTs in Public Administrations •	AI Carriers and Facilitators to public servicesAs such, this event might be relevant for Policy and Innovation makers, European commission members, Public Administrations and Public Sector Organisations, as well as for Universities and Research Centers, Digital Innovation Hubs, IT industry, and especially GovTech start-ups and companies.T﻿he event will be hybrid, meaning that you can attend it online or in person.
