About this event

Your scholarly identity is the cumulation of your academic work: your education, employment, research, teaching, interests, or anything else relevant to your career. Managing your online identity will help distinguish you from other scholars, while making your work easy to access and track over the course of your career. In this session, we will register an author profile and build out a scholarly identity strategy that is accurate and easy-to-manage. We will cover ORCID iDs, ScopusID, ResearcherID, and more. This workshop is ideal for graduate students, postdocs, and faculty.

This workshop is intended for Northwestern University students, staff, and faculty. This workshop will be presented in person by Jamie Carlstone, Authority Metadata Librarian.

This workshop will also be offered online via Zoom on Friday, April 14th and in-person at the University Library on Wednesday, April 19.
