Booking will open on Tuesday 28th March 2023 at 20:00 for parents to book one club place per child. Booking will then reopen on Wednesday 29th March 2023 at 20:00 for all remaining places with no limits per child.
Any pupils booked on to more than one club after the first opening will have all their bookings cancelled.

Programmable Robotics - KS1 will run for 8 weeks, from Tuesday 2nd May 2023.

Sphero is a unique robot ball that instead of using sensors, uses a gyroscope and accelerometer to move! With Sphero, we take an innovative approach of teaching students programming through gaining an understanding of live data! Students get to… - Understand what code and algorithms are. - Hone attention to detail through reading live data to debug and test. - Create programs and build 3D structures to complete tasks and challenges. - Complete a range of challenges and games using their bots - Collaborate with other students to create their own robot games

This club is open to children in the following classes:

• Class 1B
• Class 1H
• Class 1L
• Class 2C
• Class 2L
• Class 2P

Club cost: £125.00

Wait list
Once all places have been reserved we will operate a wait list. Should any extra places become available they will be offered based on the wait list.

Refunds due to missed sessions
Suppliers and providers are booked and paid in advance of clubs commencing. Therefore we cannot offer refunds for sessions that clash with school trips, fixtures, summer residentials or other school events. We are also unable to offer refunds for sessions missed due to pupil illness or other absence.

Payment Methods
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Child Care Vouchers.

Child Care Vouchers (CCV)
You can pay for any after school clubs with a CCV. To use a CCV select 'Pay by Invoice' during the checkout process. This will bypass the card payment. You will then need to instruct your CCV provider to pay the school with the name of the club you have booked as a reference.

Important Note: 'Pay by invoice' option is only available for parents who wish to pay by child care voucher. All other payments must be made using a credit or debit card. Any bookings made using 'pay by invoice' that are not settled with a child care voucher will be cancelled and the place will be allocated to the next child on the list.

Disclaimer
All places applied for are for 1 child per application. If you have siblings that wish to attend the same club you must apply twice. The school reserves the right to reallocate any places where payment has not been received by Tuesday 2nd May 2023.

Please be aware that it is no longer possible to change clubs or days after the club has commenced. Should your child drop out of a club at any time during the term, refunds will not be offered.
