Passive House Mini-Symposium

NUSBO (Northeastern University Sustainable Building Organization) is a student led organization professionally affiliated with USGBC-MA and ASHRAE.  We seek to engage and connect members interested in the field of sustainable building and foster multi-disciplinary relationships between students, educators and professionals in the industry.

<P>This Mini-Symposium will feature a group of professionals who will be showing off the work they are doing with Passive House (PH) along with sharing their knowledge and experiences over food and good conversation.</P>

<H2>While geared towards College Students &amp; Emerging Professionals,</H2>
<H4>we hope anyone interested will take advantage of this special event!</H4>

<P>Often times we see the 'big picture' but the goal of the Mini-Symposium is to expose the aspects that may not be so visible.  For example: </P>
<P><EM>"How are the details actually designed?"   "What does it actually look like to build a PH building?"   "I can look at fancy charts all day long, but what are those numbers actually telling me?"   "Is this just a phase?  What is the future of the PH standard?"</EM></P>
