Silicon Valley Mandarin-English Toastmasters (SVMET), chartered fromToastmasters Internationalas the first bilingual club specializing in Mandarin Chinese and English in the Bay Area, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit social enterprise.  As a Select Distinguished Club with Toastmasters consisting of Distinguished Toastmasters, district leaders, and professionals, elevate your bilingual leadership and cross-cultural communication skills in Chinese and English to learn cultural awareness, practice public speaking, and growing as a world leader in a digital age and global economy.

Silicon Valley Mandarin-English Toastmasters (SVMET)

Would you like to improve your leadership and communication skills in public speaking?  If so, learn how to communicate more effectively, practice your public speaking skills, and improve how to lead others at the first Toastmasters club, specializing in speeches, evaluations, and improv in Mandarin and/or English for the Bay Area!
Learn how to transform yourself as a bilingual leader with public speaking.  Members who join the club learn to find their voice, grow their communication skills in Chinese and English, and support the community as bilingual and culturally aware leaders in a global economy.  For example, a shy member spoke timidly became more confident and engaged after attending meetings for two months.  This story repeats itself frequently at the Silicon Valley Mandarin-English Toastmasters Club (硅谷中英双语总主持人俱乐部):
