Target Audience
Farmers and Greenhouse growers of fruits and vegetables interested in learning and/or meeting PSA regulatory requirements.

In this 1-day course trainers will spend approximately 8 hours of instruction covering content specific to the produce safety rule and will provide participants with additional information and hands-on activities to support their understanding and implementation of this rule. PSA Grower Training Course satisfies the FSMA Produce Safety Rule requirement outlined in §112.22 (c) that requires “At least one supervisor or responsible party for your farm must have successfully completed food safety training at least equivalent to that received under standardized curriculum recognized as adequate by the Food and Drug Administration.Participants will only be eligible for the PSA/AFDO Certificate of Course Completion if they are present for all modules of the course
