Tap into your inner power to bring healing, peace, and calm whenever you need it. Together we will explore basic breath practices, vocal toning, and mantra chanting. Feel how these simple exercises can aid you on your journey through active participation. We will end with a sound journey to integrate.
Allow the sounds and vibrations to anchor within you the practices of the day. Spirit guides as we follow the sound of various instruments including singing bowls, drums, rattles, Native American-style flute, chimes and more.
