Salsa Ladies Styling Empowerment Workshop

Michelle Morales, M.S., PPS, is a coach and creator of Dance Warriors, a program dedidcated to uplifting women through the art of dance.She uses her extensive knowledge in psychology and dance to help women become aware of any destructive thought patterns, develop empowering beliefs, and make peace with their inner critic. Through her one-on-one coaching, she guides women to step into their power and become their own shero. Michelle also spends her days helping students with their social-emotional and academic needs as a school psychologist.

Welcome to a truly transformative dance experience. I will be breaking down the fundamentals of salsa on2 timing, footwork, body movement, and arm styling in a fun and supportive atmosphere. I will also take time to discuss a powerful mental framework and demonstrate to you how this improves your self-confidence on the dance floor and super charges your interactions in everyday life.
