今天我们来聊一聊转码成功学的另一面—那些被付出的代价，转型的困境，以及不断被重新构建的社会身份。

“转码”可能是近十年来职业发展和城市生活的热词。“转码”不仅是换工作，更意味着改变生活方式，更换环境和社交圈，乃至跨地域和国界的迁移。我们总是能听到许许多多的成功故事，许多人因为“转码”走出学业、职业或生活的泥潭，获得理想的经济地位，生活状态。对于不断跨界迁移，总是处于流动中的移民群体来说，“转码”提供相对安稳的保障。仿佛“转码”能解决大我们大部分的困境。但转码的事实真的如此理想吗？
