Emma is a traveling librarian who, in 1937, delivers books to the rural community in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. This winter’s night, she has been called out to deliver a book to the Reverend Cahill; a man she left in her past many years ago. Minister of Sorrow, by Pam Kingsley, is a powerful story of forgiveness, redemption, and the spirit of the mountains. After watching the performance, join us for a live “talk back” session with the playwright. This is your chance to meet the playwright and help us create an original play. Tickets are &quot;pay what you think it&#x27;s worth&quot;. At the event you will be given a link to donate to SPL.
