It's back again! Structure 15/15, where we talk about sustainable, efficient, and impactful structure and design for international partnership programs. That's 15 minutes of presentation followed by 15 minutes of conversation, or more. Topics are from my award-winning books.This is Series Three on How to Think Structurally - a shortened series with just three sessions that focuses on BUILDER BASICS. For all those sector experts who know their stuff, this is that added bit to help you know your way around your partnership structure as well. You can't get collective action for those global public goods without it! I pick up the nuts and bolts to give you some concepts and considerations; you bring your experience, examples, questions, and ideas; together we share tips and create insights. It's practical, it's plain English, it's empowering. Just what your partnership needed!We meet up virtually on the second Wednesday at 12 noon of every month, this time just April, May, and June.
