WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?

The conference fee includes Wednesday and Thursday meetings, Welcome Reception and drinks; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Thursday; all food and beverage breaks; and all sessions and materials.

WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF DATE FOR EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT

The early registration discount will be available from April 24, 2023  and ends at 11:30pm on June 30, 2023.

WHAT IS THE LATEST DATE I CAN MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS?

Our room block of rooms at Park MGM  is full. You maybe able to book a reservation outside of the block yet at Park MGM through this link: https://book.passkey.com/e/50533543, otherwise please look at other area hotels for reservations.

WHAT IS THE COBBLESTONE HOTELS REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than September 1, 2023. All cancellations are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. 
There will be no refunds after September 1, 2023. Please write us at info@cobblestoneconference.com

CAN I REGISTER TO ATTEND PART OF THE CONFERENCE, I.E., A DAY OR A SESSION OR TWO?

No, registration is available for the full conference only. Unless a 'Social Ticket' is registered for. 
A 'Social Ticket' only allows access to the Welcome Reception, Cocktail Reception, and Final Night Dinner.

CAN I HAVE A GUEST ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if your guest plans on attending the full conference, they will register with full access. If they are looking to participate in the final dinner only, please choose the Social Ticket registration.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Accepted Answer

Business casual.
Often times, people dress up for our Final Night Dinner and Awards Ceremony, but this is not required.
