Chakra balancing is an ancient practice that works with the body’s seven major energy centers, or chakras.In this philosophy, each chakra is associated with a specific area of the body, and when they become blocked, energy cannot flow freely, and health can be compromised. Energy balancing sessions often involve the use of guided meditation to help clear the mind and relax the body.
