This is a community meditation event in David T Kennedy Park. It&#x27;s a donation-based event and everyone is invited! This is a great opportunity to come together with like-minded people and explore the benefits of meditation. The event will be held by the dog park and you&#x27;ll be guided through a gentle meditation to help ground yourself for the changing seasons.Whether you&#x27;re a beginner or an experienced meditator, this event is for you! There will be a brief introduction to meditation to honor its roots and share some science on the benefits of breath work. After the meditation, you&#x27;re welcome to stay and enjoy the sunset with the community. Just remember to dress comfortably and bring water as we will be outside rain or shine.This event is open to all ages and experience levels, so come and join us for an afternoon of peace, relaxation, and community! We can&#x27;t wait to see you there!
