What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Full Reimbursement for cancellation can be made up to one week prior to event. Due to dinner count and planning - all tickets are Non-Refundable after that time.

Silent auction bids are a commitment to purchase of you are selected the winner - all auction sales are final

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes - the ballroom is located on the first floor of the building and the bathrooms are located on the same level.

Is there an age requirement or restriction?

This is an adult only event. All participants must be 18 or older. Alcohol will be served only to those 21 or older. All guests must present valid ID and ticket for entry.

Where should guests park?

Accepted Answer

Free Parking is located along Main, Resort and Auburn streets. There is no dedicated parking reserved for this event.

What if I have dietary restrictions or concerns?

We will have appetizers & entrees which include beef, chicken, vegitarian, gluten-free & vegan options. All desserts contain dairy and gluten.

No-host bar will have its own selection of alcoholic & nonalcoholic options
