Come celebrate the medicine of movement, music, art, and breath through an immersive guided silent disco experience with Exploring Within &amp; a Wim Hof Breathwork Workshop &amp; Sound healing immersion with Dina Leialoha, and live painting by Kerry Mark Green. This event is designed to inspire joy, well-being, freedom, belonging, acceptance, community, authentic expression, and deep connections to self, others, and nature. Join us ~on March 26th from 4:30 PM-6:30 PM~ on a beautiful outdoor dance floor in paradise, as we connect &amp; dance freely in nature with noise-canceling wireless headsets to restore our minds, bodies, and hearts.

We hold a safe space for you to move and dance however you please, for there is no right or wrong way. Allow yourself to be moved by the music. Unleash your inner child. Trust yourself as you explore new movements. Exploring Within will free you to listen to your own body, flow with your emotions, and connect with your inner self, nature, and the world around you on a deeper level. <h2>Dina Leialoha</h2>Dina Leialoha is the founder of Breath of Life Institute (a breathwork and holistic health platform). She is a Yin Yoga instructor, massage therapist, Theta Healer and ocean activist. Dina found Breathwork at age 6 when she began experiencing anxiety attacks. After years of exploring many holistic treatments she became devoted to making it her mission to help others overcome their blocks. With a background as a holistic health practitioner and artist, she weaves the mysticism and science of Breathwork into her classes and trainings. She now offers basic and advanced Breathwork Facilitator Trainings both online and on the Big Island, Hawai’i. She is also the founder of Wim Hof Wednesdays at the Yoga Nest in Kailua-Kona. D﻿ina will be leading us in a powerful Wimhof Breathwork workshop practice and sound healing immersion through drums and chimes. <h2>Kerry Mark Green, Co-Founder &amp; Artist, Moonsun Art Gallery </h2>Moonsun Art Gallery was co-founded in 2022 by Artist Kerry Mark Green and Gallerist Melody Khodabandeh. Gallerist Melody Khodabandeh, of Iranian descent, was born in Los Angeles, California. She curates monthly events centered around critical skills and past lives rooted in organic &amp; natural foods, corporate law, and various philanthropic works, all with a passion for all the arts.Kerry Green, born in Brooklyn, New York, of Bejan descent, has been creating art for over 30 years. Now calling Hawaii home, he finds his life here a vehicle for his liberation through art and hopes it blesses others. Together, they've launched a business, a community art effort, to turn a passion for art and enterprise into something sounder.
