Elemental Rhythm Breathwork uses the Earth’s elements as inspiration to connect us deeper to our home, and ourselves.

The Elemental Rhythm style is rooted in Wim Hof but influenced by holotropic and somatic forms as well. It is up-regulated, and enlightening on many levels, with some participants achieving non-ordinary states of consciousness that allow them to access parts of their physical and emotional body that have been confined or neglected. This is where the healing can begin.This is an introductory class that will thoroughly cover breathing mechanics, and offer a long integration experience, so it is perfect for participants of all skill levels. Please wear layered, comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask if you have one. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided.
