In this role, Phel supports Salesforce&#x27;s efforts to enable customers to go net zero now by implementing Net Zero Cloud, Salesforce&#x27;s complete sustainability management solution. Prior to Salesforce, Phel spent 10 years at Accenture in a variety of tech implementation and change management roles, and also spent several years leading waste reduction initiatives as an entrepreneur and consultant. Daniel has been a research fellow at the National Science Foundation, U.S. Environmental protection Agency and U.S. Agency for International Development. His PhD research focused on energy system optimization including environmental and human health impacts.Moderator <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/markweeks/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mark Weeks</a>, Director of Product Management at <a href="https://www.servicetitan.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ServiceTitan</a>Mark began his career in the climate and renewable energy sector, contributing to the delivery of more than 11% of total installed solar energy capacity across the U.S. and Canada by 2015. Recognizing opportunities for technology to better meet the needs of contractors, he transitioned into SaaS and is now building software that helps contractors run their businesses and serve their customers. He currently leads product growth initiatives at ServiceTitan targeting expansion in new markets.
