A virtual cooking class with Chef Giorgia Lambertini, live from Bologna!

Join C﻿hef Giorgia Lambertini (pictured above, left) of Bologna&#x27;s <a href="https://www.trattorialambertini.it/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Trattoria Lambertini</a>, in this special virtual cooking class! Tickets are just $25 and include:<ul><li>Zoom link to access the class </li><li>Recipes for two authentic Italian dishes (a pasta and a dolce)</li><li>Shopping list and prep instructions so you can follow along and prepare un buon pranzo</li></ul>The session will begin at 11am PST on Sunday, April 2nd and will last around 90-minutes. M﻿ore details to come. We hope you will join us and learn more about Bologna&#x27;s food culture!A﻿ note on tickets: Italian food tastes better when shared, which is why we encourage you to gather with friends! If you are zooming in from one device/location, just one ticket is needed. Otherwise, each person should purchase their own ticket/link. Proceeds benefit the Portland-Bologna Sister City Association (www.portland-bologna.org).
