No more trying to be mindful alone.The Hive exists to develop creative, compassionate, and mindfully-engaged citizens in the Cincinnati region through small group classes and workshops. We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. We hope you'll try a class and like it enough to become a regular member. Your partnership helps make this nonprofit possible.(As a social enterprise, the Hive shares our story with photos of classes and events. Why do we do this? For a fresh start!  </p><p>In the spirit of giving the physical side of our world a deep cleaning, it’s also the perfect time for a deep cleaning of your soul. And believe it or not, our bodies actually agree! As the days get longer and brighter, the natural lethargy (increased melatonin production) of the winter months fades away and we find ourselves not only with more energy, but being more open to a fresh start.</p><p>Nothing weighs on your heart and soul quite like a bad experience from the past. Additionally, so much of what we’re experiencing in our world today is also weighing on many of us and has been for some time. Join Spring Cleaning for Your Soul to clean up your relationship with yourself, friends and family and even society by washing away judgment, resentment and grievances that have muddied your spirit.</p><p>Beth Conger is a Certified Professional Leadership Coach empowering clients to reframe their thinking, refocus on what’s true and reveal the very best version of themselves. Beth couples 20+ years in internal and external brand design, employee experience and human insights at globally renowned companies, with her expert skill set of scientifically-based methodologies, intuition, tools and techniques.
