Hey Ladies! This is your opportunity to puff your chest and be proud of your accomplishments while being supported by other women.

One Minute to BoastLadies, we would like to present you with a rare opportunity. You are being given One Minute to Boast. It’s time to puff up your chest and share. This means you get one entire minute to UNAPOLOGETICALLY share something you are proud of and to do so without fear or shame. 
You now get a chance to look at all your successes AND proudly boast about them. You can boast about a successful project, a successful idea, weight loss, kids, marriage, passing midterms, graduating, making it into your favorite organization, taking your dream vacation, etc. Basically, whatever your heart desires because no one can tell you to not be proud of this accomplishment. This is not a humble brag. This IS a proud boast!
As women we often stay silent about our success or accomplishments for fear of being judged, ridiculed or being called arrogant, self-centered, a liar or a narcissist. We often don’t even share our successes with our closest friends. Why can’t we be confident and proud of what we have achieved? 
Well, now you can. Each week in March, beginning Friday March 10th, you are invited to join myself and other supportive women as you tell us something you are most proud of for one entire minute. This is your minute to shine!

Please register for one of the days and I will send you the zoom link to join this important conversation with other women as fearless as you.
Now go kill it!
