Is this workshop online only?

Yes. All 6 classes and therapy session will be online only.

Question 2

What is the time commitment to participate in this workshop?

Accepted Answer

Classes are 1 day a week for 2 hours. If you miss a class, there will be catch up material provided. If you miss 2 consecutive  classes then you will be too far behind to catch up.

Question 3

If I can not attend the workshop will I be provided a refund?

No refunds will be provided.

Can I signup for the workshop and limit my participation?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your progress within the workshop is tailored to your interaction and participation. Participation will get you the most benefit from this amazing workshop, but your comfort is top priority. Please be transparent with the workshop host and speakers so that we can respect your needs.

Question 5

Is my camera required to be on?

Accepted Answer

For the majority of the workshop, yes. If you have some things going on and need to step away or cut of camera, that is understood.
