Join NAAM for an Intro to Vinyasa Yoga class. This will be an upbeat, beginner level Vinyasa Yoga class with yoga instructor Jess, followed by a Q&amp;A. The yoga mats available at the class will be limited so we encourage you to bring your yoga mat from home.
