This is a four-hour CPD and would be suitable for both experienced and new mediators.Your Presenter:The course will be led by Tony Buon, a very experienced Civil, Commercial &amp; Workplace Mediator. Tony is a Consultant Psychologist and best-selling author. Tony has trained over 3000 mediators since 1985. He has also taught at several Universities worldwide and regularly runs CBD for Mediators in the UK and beyond.Tony has extensive global experience and regularly teaches cultural intelligence (CI) and cross-cultural communication. He has in-country experience in over 35 countries, including the Middle East, Africa, America, and Europe. Asia and Australasia. He is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
