The 6-Week Course is our introductory faith + work offering here at the Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles.

This cross-vocational course will focus on biblically-based topics to gain insight concerning God's intention for our work.Together we will explore what it means to integrate our faith and work in meaningful ways, challenge the idols and cultural narratives we face, and address the brokenness of our vocational worlds. What we are saved “from”2. The nature of Christ’s work3. What we are saved “for”WEEK 4 – Receiving our Calling for Life’s Work<ul><li>The Nature of “Calling”</li><li>Exploring how God calls us and how that relates to our work</li><li>Discerning our “Call”</li></ul>WEEK 5 – Restoration and Work<ul><li>Visions of God's final restoration and why that changes how we view what we do today at work</li></ul>WEEK 6 – Exilic Discipleship in the World of Work<ul><li>God’s call to love fallen creation and culture</li><li>Promoting God’s Kingdom through our work in a pluralistic post-Christian society</li></ul>
