Can I just wait and purchase tickets at the gate?

Yes you can, but we advise you buy your tickets early and arrive early.  The crawfish will be plentiful, but when they're gone, they're gone!

What if I don't eat Crawfish? Can I still come to the event?

Yes, absolutely!  Tony's Eat & Drink will be serving their full menu, and there will be plenty of live music, craft tents, drink tents, and live & silent auctions to participate in without the purchase of a Crawfish ticket.

Question 4

How will the Crawfish be served?

Accepted Answer

Your Crawfish and all the fixings will be served directly from the cook tents in large paper boats.  It is all you can eat, so when you want more, all you have to do is go back to the cook tents and the cooks will give you another basket.

Does the ticket price include beverages?

Unfortunately no, but there will be 2 drink stations where you can purchase water, soft drinks and beer (21 and up for alcohol so bring your I.D.!)

How much of the proceeds will go toward the charities?

100% of the proceeds from this event will go to support The Refuge and Jackie Kelley.  We Care Williamson County is a bona-fide 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and we guarantee that all profits go directly to our beneficiaries.

Is this event pet friendly?

Yes!  As long as they are friendly and kept on a leash, pets are allowed at the Crawfish Boil.
