She will be leading a women's circle, sharing in divine energy as we collectively reconnect with our bodies and reclaim our sensuality. Jessica W. Bonds, LCSW-R is a Psychotherapist, Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist and Sound therapist. Ms. Bonds is the founder of JBonds Counseling and Healing and Soulful Moon Manifestations LLC Holistic services. She has over 23 years of clinical experience and training. She offers individual, group and corporate sessions. Ms Bonds hosts monthly Sound baths(virtual and in person), Reiki and Women Circles. She leads meditation and sound theory based practices in schools and corporate events. Meet Keisha Cox, co-host of the Women Empowering Women community gathering and HEALING THE HEART workshop facilitator. HEALING THE HEART A Journey of Self LoveRelease self doubt and increase self love by engaging in a series of heart opening practices. This journey includes guided meditation and visualization, soothing sound healing, calming breath work, and empowering positive affirmations. You will leave this practice with an increased ability to extend compassion, grace, gentleness, and kindness to yourself.Presenter: Keisha Cox, LCSW, MS is a Holistic Mental Health Coach and founder of The Wellness Connection, LLC. Keisha has over 20 years of experience providing therapy to children and adults of all ages in addition to being certified as a Life Coach, 500 hr Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Nutritionist, and Level II Reiki Healer.

Healing from the RootGentle Yoga with TyKeishaDuring this gentle yoga session we will be ridding ourselves of self doubt and increasing our self confidence. The sequence will help with increasing security and stability which are connected to the root chakra. We will focus on grounding poses most of which can be done standing. This sequence is gentle on the body and suitable for beginners. By the end you should feel a sense of calmness and a sense of control.TyKeisha Jenkins is a Registered Behavior Technician who is pending completion of the 200 hr YTT and 95 hr CYTT. She has been leading Hatha yoga classes since 2020 and is a partner in The Wellness Connection, LLC.

Bubblesz is a multidisciplinary artist who is passionate about love, &amp; being the embodiment of free creative expression. Playing the medicine drum, singing, rapping, and dancing, she takes you on a journey of healing and rediscovering your child self. Miss Bubblesz has been passionate about holistic health since she began a plant-based lifestyle in 2019. It began with a 7-day vegan challenge. It was an impactful week of practicing discipline, resilience, and cooking experiments. Over the course of the week, Miss Bubblesz felt full of energy, light, and motivated. This personal experience helped her to make the connection of food with mind, body, and spirit. As a fun fact, Miss Bubblesz remembers her dreams being vivid with messages for her waking life, that very week! This new way of being felt magical, thus inspired Miss Bubblesz to go further into her studies of health and mental wellness. As a teacher and student of life, her goal is to help others find a customized "self-love" regimen for mind, body and spirit. Tailored to the individual, these acts of "self-love" can include deep breathing, meditation, eating a diversity of fresh foods with essential minerals and vitamins, free creative expression through the arts, journaling, positive affirmations, and more. In a world so beautiful and vast, we must personalize our healing to our wounds. We all have a unique story, living within different environments, cultures, experiences, and traumas. When she's not out shooting for her Personal Brand Photography, PhocusKam Photography business or helping clients financially, Kamia loves spending time with her teenage twins, making self care a top priority and traveling.Kamia will be speaking about common traits of financial abuse and its effect on women and their families. We'll go over resources and tools to help women recover from financial abuse and never have to go back to being dependent on anyone.

Coach TeaCo-Owner at The Bronx Collab Caring For The Community As An EntrepreneurCoach Tea is a Bronx born - community organizer, nonprofit coach and small business owner. For decades she has used her skills, tools and expertise to build communities, youth and corporations. She firmly believes that , " Learning can happen anywhere and teaching can come from anyone." She is known for her result-driven coaching sessions, passionate disposition and strong sense of community. Currently as the leader of The Bronx Collab , a community and coworking space in the North Bronx , she curates trainings, events , civic engagement efforts and experiences that promote community and collaboration. To date Coach Tea has worked with a plethora of agencies, organizations and entrepreneurs. She is a mother , mentor, writer and healer - using her talents and skills to empower and uplift her community.

The Sounds Of Hope was established in 2018. As part of a college class assignment, founder, Danè Scates, came up with the singing group to help inspire people while meditating as an instrument to help destress and relax the mind. Students, friends, family, and a Professor became a part of the group. TSOH began singing in churches as guests, being invited to praise and worship and serving food in the community during the holidays. During the height of the COVID 19 pandemic, the group was paused and just reunited this year with new members and are ready to continue ministering in music to bring hope to all people.

DJ Melly Red, born and raised in Brooklyn New York has had an ear for music at a very tender age. She was raised in a household that only allowed gospel, so in her spare time when she wasn't home, she consumed all genres of music. She taps into Hip Hop, R&amp;B, Caribbean, Old School, Pop &amp; EDM. Her versatility and diverse techniques have proven she can rock a crowd from ten to three thousand people. Melly Red is known to bring unforgettable organic vibes- from bars/ lounges to weddings/ private and corporate events, since starting in 2015.
