A hands-on, in-person mastermind that covers how to align your vision, strategize your efforts, interpret the data, and secure funding.

There’s an old saying from the African proverb, “it takes a village to raise a child.” This emphasizes the necessity of the people (“the village") providing a safe environment for a child to grow and develop. This saying can be applied to nonprofit entrepreneurship as they would benefit from engaging the community and identifying their “village.”Join us for this half-day workshop led by Public Health Practitioners with over 20 years of experience. Quinyatta and Brandi will guide nonprofit change makers and public health entrepreneurs in developing strategies to meet their mission. It Takes A Village: An Introduction to Nonprofit Entrepreneurship will inspire and equip you with valuable insight that you can apply to strengthen and reimagine your work in community health. Topic Areas:<ul><li>S﻿elf-Evaluation: Are you clear on your mission, vision, and values?</li><li>Strategic Planning: Have you defined your strategic plan, and does it align with your mission, vision, and values?</li><li>D﻿ata Mining: Do you understand the health needs of your "village"?</li><li>G﻿rants 101: Finding, securing, and managing the funds needed to implement your initiaitves. </li><li>E﻿valuation: Are you making an impact?</li></ul>
