Can I buy more than one ticket?

Yes, you may purchase up to ten tickets per order.  Please provide names, call sign, t-shirt size and meal choice for each ticket holder in the field provided.

Can I buy tickets on site?

FlexRadio will have limited tickets on-site at the hotel and during Friday's Hamvention at our booth.

Question 3

I have special dietary requirements.  How do I make those known?

Please email lori@flexradio.com with any special dietary requirements not listed in your registration and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Question 4

I can no longer attend.  Can I get a refund.

Accepted Answer

Refunds of ticket sales are available up to 7 days out from the event.  Refunds are made through the ticket registration site, minus the ticket admin fee.

Question 5

Why are there admin fees on this year's ticket sales?

FlexRadio has chosen to use EventBrite for the management of 2023 banquet registration.  This tool provides us ease of registration, timeliness of refunds and eases the need for additional internal resources to management this event.

Question 6

Does FlexRadio offer a sleeping room block at the Hilton Garden Inn for attendees?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  FlexRadio has limited rooms available in an attendee room block.  Please call the hotel and mention FlexRadio to take advantage of our special negotiated rates.   Each sleeping room also includes breakfast for each room night.
